These paddle dryers, vacuum dryers, screw dryers are extensively used for efficient drying in the pharmaceutical, chemical & food process industries. Further, these are useful for drying temperature sensitive, easily oxidisable, toxic, hygroscopic and expensive dusty material.

Our range of vacuum dryers, vacuum shelf dryers comprises the following:

• Vacuum enabled drying chamber with internal hollow shelves
• Solvent extraction system (optional) with shell & tube type heat exchanger and receiver
• Vacuum pump with interconnecting pipelines and valves
• Heating system with water / oil boiler, expansion tank, circulation pump and interconnecting pipelines and valves

Mixers : Ribbon/Paddle/Conical Blender

Our range of Ribbon Blender is based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. It comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed double helical ribbon agitator rotating within. Manufactured from quality tested components, the dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefully balanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rapid product discharge.
